You do not always have to dedicate 45 or more minutes to a workout. In fact, you can train your entire body, jack up your fat burning metabolism, and provide your body with enough stimulus to build some muscle in only 10 – 20 minutes.
It’s all about working smarter and harder . . . not for longer periods of time.
So the next time your are in a Time Crunch, try this workout I am about to share with you. You will work every single muscle in your body and accomplish much more than you would think possible in such a short period of time.
The three exercises you will use in this workout are: Bulgarian split squats, dumbbell renegade rows, and one arm dumbbell floor presses.
Like I say in the video, I would keep your reps around 8 for each exercise.
Perform each exercise back-to-back, and complete as many circuits as you can in 10 – 20 minutes.
Trust me, you don’t always have to workout for 45 minutes or longer to transform your body. You just have to work smart and hard. In fact, if you go all out with that sample workout for 20 minutes, you will have a better workout in that short period of time than most people would in 60 minutes or more.
